At 14 years old, Cheryl took a job as a photographer's assistant at Arabian horse shows. Her role was to shake an oat can to get the winner's attention - forward facing ears is a vital detail in horse portraiture. This experience, combined with the gift of a camera from her grandfather, sparked her interest in photography.
Cheryl has learned much about photography and image making since then, but still focuses on the details.
Though her specialties have become Image Restoration and Art Reproduction, Cheryl makes time for interesting photographic art projects. Capturing reflections on the surface of a bubble, the intricate details in feathers, or the colors and shapes of natures tiny insect and grandiose sunsets.
